Some of y'all know we have a cajun restaurant in Liverpool (just celebrated one year).
We are the only "living wage" restaurant in the city, meaning we pay everyone £13.45, which is roughly like $17.50 per hour, and we share 10% of our meager profits with them.
Due to that, we have the pick of anybody we want over there.
Great staff.
People over there don't make much, and upward mobility (economically) isn't really a thing. It's weird.
BUT, they all get 6 weeks of paid vacation (holiday) per year as well as gov't healthcare, so they're "happy". HA!
On a real note, the vast majority love Trump/America and want what we have...they just can't say it outloud.
