5. The British military, particularly their navy which ruled the waves at one time is in absolute shambles. Their ships aren’t in condition to cross the ocean.

It’s crazy how far the once mighty Britain that rules the waves now has a terrible navy. They should be embarrassed to let it slip like that

Ireland is surprisingly 3rd in GDP per capita.

USA is ranked 8th.

Canada is ranked 1 behind the UK at 20.

No, it's this one, I'm sure of it.

This is the board I come to where people claim we have to abandon conservative principles and utilize leftist mechanisms like tariffs and taxing and spending and selective tax exemptions and credit card interest rate caps and controlling who can and can't buy houses and utilizing taxpayer money to invest in private companies all because we are only second in the world in manufacturing instead of first, and 23 year olds can't afford houses that are 40% bigger and much nicer than their grandparents bought when they were 29, and the middle class is supposedly decimated and has all but disappeared.

That's when I tell y'all that poor Americans have 30% more living space than middle class Europeans and a similar amount of discretionary income.

And that's when y'all just downvote and rebut nothing I've said.

Now is it true that the left also does the same thing? Absolutely. Guess what the common denominator is?

Populism. Both parties have been taken over by populism.

Leprechaun Economics
Being one of, if not the, largest tax haven in the world will skew numbers like that.
If you compare actual individual consumption (a much better metric for how people actually live) between EU countries and Mississippi then Mississippi comes out second, right behind Luxembourg - and substantially ahead of Germany, the third place country. Ireland would be around 10th - right at about the EU average.

Princess Di's wedding. A fairy tale of castles and kings and queens.

Turns out the kings mentor and brother are presumed pedophiles.
