There was a long time ago, but there will not be another civil war here again.

It’s right in our faces and here you are talking how bad arse we are with so many guns. We were shuttered during Covid and rights taken away. I have no doubt that we will be fighting but like the EU and UK, it will be too late. Not fear porn, it’s happening right now. We have a major party/uniparty working to destroy our constitution and allowed 12-13 million illegals in our country in 4 years, unvetted.
We, the armed citizens have not done shite, and the point is, we will keep allowing the slow erosion of our freedoms and rights. Tell me again what a bad arse you are.

Okay, but this amounts to: An actor said something. A lot of actors say goofy things in America too. I have a house in England, and it has about the same set of kitchen knives you’d find in any American house. The UK does have some stupid rules about attaining knives, including butter knives, but every house has them.

“Barely” is hyperbolic, which is exactly how it was meant and contextualized, but it’s not a stretch when you are admitting there are any rules at all about a fricking butter knife.
Again, what is with you people arguing a technicality?
Do they have abnormal, asinine rules about knives in the UK? Yes or no?

Looking it up, I saw that SOME people can have knives in public- actually just religious Sikhs...

Ukraine didn’t have guns and they overthrew their government in 2014. Guns aren’t necessary for overthrowing a government, but they do make it a lot easier.
