Tyson Foods Announces Partnership with Protix, Construction of Insect Ingredient Facility
quote:
Tyson Foods, Inc. announced that it has reached an agreement for a twofold investment with Protix, an insect ingredients company. The investment is intended to support the growth of the emerging insect ingredient industry and expand the use of insect ingredient solutions to create more efficient sustainable proteins and lipids for use in the global food system. Through a direct equity investment, Tyson Foods will acquire a minority stake in Protix to help fund its global expansion. In addition, Tyson Foods and Protix have entered a joint venture for the operation and construction of an insect ingredient facility in the continental U.S.

If you're going to turn America into a nation of 500 million with 1/4 of those being unskilled foreigners working slave labor, then you're going to have to feed them. Slaves don't get meat

It will be. I am in this business, and there is a lot of potential growth for US grown insects. About 98% of dried whole and ground insects sold in the US are imported from overseas....mainly China. Look on Amazon and see how many insect products are offered for chickens, wild birds, reptiles, fish, etc. I think they are years away, because of labor. They will have to figure out how to scale efficiently.

Why are you worried about it? The shite they have been putting in our food for decades has to be worse than insects. Have you seen what goes into a hotdog or sausage?

On the list of ingredients for any food you will buy, will be "contains 1% insect protein."
After a year, it will be 2%, after 2 years 5%, then 10%, etc.
That's how the agenda will come to fruition.
