I am not blaming anyone or anything in this case. You do have the ability to read what is clearly a hypothetical about human beings that could potentially apply without assuming that I am saying that is what happened? I guess you can't.

The problem is the federal murder statute probably does not apply to this situation given where it happened.
I thought that about the Charlotte incident but they did find a terrorism statute that may fit (b/c it occurred on a train)
Is there any federal murders statute for college campuses (like the train one)?

There's enough federal statutes that I don't think I can say for certain. The potential statutes would be denial of civil rights, domestic terrorism, or if he crossed a state line.

Violent tranny lover kills innocent man, Leftists deflect and blame the right.
The hallmark of a Democrat is the inability to accept personal responsibility or take responsibility for things their "side" does.
Your fairy fantasies have destroyed a lot of young men and sadly, that was yalls goal.

exactly. the fricking ignorance on this amazes me. it no longer matters where you live. these kids never leave the house. their community is the bottomless pit of leftist lunatics on the internet, gaming platforms, and porn.

The problem is he only shot once
He was wearing body armor underneath his clothing. He was prepared for more than one shot. You can look at his weak build and compare it to the crime scene photos of him. His shoulders appear weirdly out of proportion, very wide, very stiff. He looks more like an umpire in appearance. Thigh and lower extremity protection can also be made out. Zoom in on his pics and you can see the very geometrical shadows the body armor is casting through his clothing

I have seen this discussed, "Kirk's murder is being treated as an act of political violence, which falls under federal purview"
Question, was this guy even on the radar before the father turned him in?

I blame social media and I'm dead serious. Yes, the MSM Narrative Control Apparatus and Establishment corporations and Hollywood and academia and the music industry all played their roles, but social media allowed them a worldwide platform at their fingertips. They convinced people that what they see and hear on the internet is reality, and it created a subculture of insecure radical isolationists within another subculture of social justice warriors.
They're detached from reality. This is the result. Charlie Kirk is dead because of it. It almost killed Donald Trump.
^
All this.
And I’ll add in the fact that social media acts like an echo chamber. These leftists congregate on platforms like Reddit, DU, BlueSky, and until recently X, formally Twitter. These leftists congregate more they engross themselves in this echo chamber where everyone agrees with their radical ideas, the more radicalized they become. It’s like a fire that keeps growing as more and more kindling is fed into it.
Now, the question is, what do we do about it?

Sounds like you want the lifestyle of the rich and famous, lol.
Straw man. When he said boomerisms, and people having authority / power, you know exactly what he meant.
A prestigious degree still opens doors trade school never will. People pushing trade school today act like it’s always been the obvious choice, but that’s only because college costs have exploded. Boomers had it so much easier—a bachelors degree and a firm handshake got them great jobs. They weren’t more talented or hardworking, just lucky. I know so many boomers with average state school degrees that ended up rich because of mere elbow grease. Now it takes far more creativity and grit to land the jobs they walked into. And no, I’m not defending people who waste money on worthless degrees—they and their boomer parents are delusional.
I’m not defending this guy and actually do like Charlie Kirk, I just hate it when boomers run their mouths arrogantly as if they did everything right and everyone younger did everything wrong. It’s like, congrats dude, you have a sub average IQ with a shite education by today’s standards, and you’re rich. Enjoy your money but please shut the frick up.

The irony of it all (as you can see the photo of the kid in a dorm room) is he was most likely radicalized and indoctrinated in the very setting that Charlie was fighting the good fight against and trying to save these impressionable kids from.
Yeah, if i had to bet money, I'd say he finally got some freedom at college and started hearing some of the garbage that so many college professors spew and was enamored with their ideas. He also looks kinda awkward so maybe he never really fit in like he wanted, but that's just speculation on my part.
He also sounds like he might have been struggling with some homosexuality with the "notices bulges" and "if you read this, you're gay" messages. The Converse shoes kinda give that part away.

But that requires a lot of evidence we don't have now, but certainly IF that becomes the reality, they could go that route.

We are living in Orwellian times in a moment in history where information has never been more available. Truly strange
It makes you wonder what they’ve gotten away with in the past when information wasn’t readily available to question the narrative.

It is getting noticeable there for liberal nut cases yes.
He was killed by a weak minded kid who was indoctrinated into radical thought.
Deflect what? What exactly is my community? We have addressed “my” community issues with teachers and Reddit radicalizing weak minded people. They tend to do bad things such as this assasination.
