The market for engineers is oversaturated with new grads that have no skills or work experience. There are way too many engineers relative to what the current demand for engineers is. Those who have more experience will come out on top and those who have barely any experience will struggle to find jobs.

I mean for fricks sake. My friend works for an agricultural agency and he just got laid off. This guy wasn’t some “elitist” high-income individual who was living in DC. He had a family to take care of with 2 kids and they were paying off a mortgage. They were an average, working class family and Trump basically gave them the middle finger by laying him off.
Those “elitist” federal workers in DC you all complain about only make up a small percentage of the federal work force. Most of them are middle-income people who need their jobs to pay the bills and provide for families.
Trump doing mass layoffs the federal workforce has destroyed people’s lives. People who have been building their career in the feds for 20+ years are being let go. That doesn’t sound like a President who cares about the average working-class American.

Both have mastered the art of being elite against inferior teams while being absolute trash against teams with a pulse. They have an atrocious record against ranked teams. Only difference between them is geographic location and conference.

The worst thing a fanbase can have is apathy. That basically lets the HC off the hook and sets the stage for ensuing mediocrity.
OSU’s fanbase was rabid as hell when Day lost to Michigan. That sparked a fire in Day and he went balls-to-the-walls for the CFP. They don’t accept mediocrity and it’s why they’ve managed to stay relevant for the past 20 years.
