No, I haven't done a full review of the history of Utah case law, but in modern history. I seriously doubt anyone's gotten the death penalty for that aggravating Factor shooting one shot. I'm sure someone's going to do that research within the next week
If you think the fact he only fired once will mean he’s spared the death penalty, especially after both the President of United States and the Governor of Utah both clearly stated they want to see the death penalty in this case, then you’re a complete idiot.
In fact, in addition to state charges, I’d be willing to bet there is a 100% chance Pam Bondi is going to stack federal charges that carry the death penalty on top of the state changes which also carry the death penalty.

Luigi was not a leftist but more politically disorganized. For example, he was extremely anti-woke

As a parent of a 22 year old that is spreading far left nonsense on their social media you know you didn't instill the correct values in your child though and failed as a parent.
Or you didn't fail and people are agents, free to choose good or evil.
The idea that a child is a blank slate and parents write in whatever they want and form the child into what they will be is absurd.

The Feds have an additional route to the death penalty.

The problem is the federal murder statute probably does not apply to this situation given where it happened.

"It doesnt help that entering into the economy at a decent level requires years of schooling."
Does it really though? Look at all of the well paying blue collar jobs out there for those willing to learn a trade. Charlie Kirk, the young man killed this week, was a success story like no other. Self taught, community college dropout, who was a millionaire before he was 30 years old, He had the ear of national leaders and international leaders. He influenced millions of young people across the country and was loved and befriended by so many.
Its not about the mounds of education you get. Its about the willingness and ambition to do something, be content with what you have and not blame others for what you perceive as failure.

I posted this earlier too. I think this is a possible, if not likely, outcome. If she doesn't want the DP, regardless if it's available or not, I doubt they do it.

I knew it was coming now Utah is a liberal bastion? He was killed by a gun nut white male from Utah. Deal with it. Instead of deflecting, why don’t you look in the mirror. Try to find out what’s wrong with your community. Isn’t that what you demand of blacks and inner cities?

As a conservative boomer with a 4 year degree go F* yourself. Your degree in psychology and career in bar tending is no match for a plumber, electrician, HVAC etc.
Funny how these so called educated clowns with inferior lib arts degrees think they have anything on the trades.

Im one of those rare, pro life conservatives that is against capital punishment.
But only because life in prison seems a harsher punishment than a quick and painless death.
