The lower voter turnout this year as opposed to 2024 by some 4 million voters

Wut?

In TX there were 1,481,293 fewer votes for the midterms vs the POTUS election, but it was still the largest turnout for a midterm vote in TX since at least 1970.

There were 1.54 million more voters in this midterm election in TX than the previous record in 2018.

Why lie or make shite up when Google exists?

Anyone who thinks that the Dems suddenly quit using mail in ballots to cheat is an imbecile.

This is impressively stupid, even for this place.

A. You have to affirm US citizenship to register to vote in Texas, and to actually vote you have to provide picture ID
The following is a list of acceptable photo IDs at the polling place:

Texas Driver License issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS)
Texas Election Identification Certificate issued by DPS
Texas Personal Identification Card issued by DPS
Texas Handgun License issued by DPS
United States Military Identification Card containing the person’s photograph
United States Citizenship Certificate containing the person’s photograph
United States Passport (book or card)

B. A non-citizen is able to obtain an ID card but they have to provide evidence of lawful presence, which is routinely cross referenced with the voter database

quote:

Department of Public Safety (“DPS”) Verifications: The Secretary of State obtains data from DPS on a weekly basis of individuals who presented evidence of non-U.S. citizenship at their last DPS visit in which they were issued a new or renewed driver license or personal identification card. The Secretary of State compares these notifications to the statewide voter registration database based on specific matching criteria and identifies individuals who registered to vote prior to presenting evidence of non-U.S. citizenship at their last DPS transaction. The Secretary of State will send these records to county voter registrars to determine whether a voter is eligible for registrationin their county. If a voter registrar has reason to believe that the voter is no longer eligible for registration, the registrar will send a Notice to Registered Voter for Proof of Citizenship (PDF). If the voter does not provide proof of citizenship or otherwise respond to the notice within thirty days from the date of the notice, the voter’s registration will be cancelled. [Sec. 16.0332, Texas Election Code] For more information regarding this process, see Advisory No. 2021-11 - List Maintenance Activity Involving Potential Non-United States Citizens.

C. This is full on short bus retarded
quote:

56.5% of Texas voter registration were classified as “new valid registrations.” This is extremely suspicious that 55% of Texas voter registrations were “new”

100% of registrations are either going to be new, or updates (you move and need to change your address). How in the world is it "extremely suspicious" that 55% of registrations would be new?

How could a GOP legislature and governor allow this without scrutiny?

Probably blocked by some Obama appointed federal judge

This is the kind of shite I don’t understand. Isn’t that very easily auditable and remove those votes?

You are really grasping at straws. Citizenship or lawful presence is a requirement to get a driver's license in Texas. In addition, Texas has voter ID requirements.

Well if it wasn't required then no laws were broken. Hate to say it to you but Texas is fricked and no one to blame but themselves.

Couldn't be that djt sucked so bigly in his second term, and the maga bozos nominated a joker so bad, the whole state showed up and voted out every republican.... Couldn't be that.

Orange has set the republican party back at least a decade.

It also couldn't be that Texas redistricted 2 very long term Democrat border counties, thinking they would vote Republican again, since 2024. That move cost them two red seats that flipped to blue because those Dems from those counties out numbered the pubs they got redistricted to.

I'm kinda disappointed in this board. You still played the Voter Fraud card despite the absolute arse kicking Tuesday. Do you any idea all the BS you would have to go through to pull this off ..... in every county in the country?

I don't doubt there is fraud but if the states where it happened don't have laws to protect against it then shame on them

Kemp?

Kemp was a pretty good governor. There is a reason conservatives in Georgia liked him. The people who don't like him are usually Democrats or out of state crybabies.

He's a moron. See: This week's Georgia elections.

He made similar mistakes that the Texas governor made. Both states are now lost.

The numbers do look suspicious, but every year more and more browntoids are entering voting age, and TX has seen a massive influx of blue staters over the past 6 years.

It would be if this was a real problem and not just MAGA twitter slop designed for guys like the OP and his ilk

But this is, as usual, easily explained.

Everything is a conspiracy when you don’t know how shite works

Does any state actually require proof of citizenship when registering?

I think that is usually handled behind the scenes when your Social Security number is verified.

But back before there were integrated computer systems?

I'm just parroting what a poster said yesterday after I pointed out that a doble digit win by Talarico undercut his Republicans stayed at home argument....so I'll accept your numbers. So was it illegals or people staying home that lead to Paxton getting smoked and Hinojosa putting a whipping on Abbott?
