We need to save ourselves and delete all forms of social media from our lives right now. They are incrementally establishing censorship via "fact checking" and we are letting them. Is the feeling of validation when we get a "like" so addictive that we can't let that go to preserve our own free speech?

I do care that they, as popular social media, can shape the beliefs and emotions of a great number of people. Why do you think social media "influencers" are paid millions?

And who are these fact checkers and what is their education, training, and experience.
There was an article in Science from 2015 that suggested it was man made.
We also have Scientific American backing Biden, first time they have endorsed a candidate in 175 years. Reason: Trump ignoring science. Even they are projecting.
2020: the year politics (ie. The Left Wing Cult) took over science, medicine, and now sports. Worst year in my 5 decades+ walking the earth.

Watching the Chernobyl series right now and a lot of this sounds like the reaction of plant management in the immediate wake of the explosion.
When told that the core exploded, they declare the person delusional and have them sent to the infirmary.
One guy is sent to the roof to look into the exploded building and report back. He tells them the core is exposed and shows clear signs of radiation damage yet they say he is lying too.

I posted an article about a guy getting arrested for arson in OR and Facebook marked it as fake news because "wildfires have not been proven to have been caused by widespread arson." Which, of course, the article does not say. It's just a a story about one guy getting arrested.

She needs to release her evidence. I would like to see the actual evidence. If she is a reputable scientist, there is no way she would come out this strong without empirical evidence. Its science baby.
