Trump should ignore every TRO/injunction related to DOGE, spending or firings

Under separation of powers, there is only one head of the Executive Branch - the President (individually and acting through department heads). Courts cannot interpose themselves into their constitutional and statutory functions - such as being proper stewards of the public fisc. This includes auditing departments, and accessing data.
Any order that prevents the President or a Department Secretary from accessing data (either themselves, or through agents) is facially improper.
Similarly, the removal of Executive Branch appointees is unfettered as they serve at the pleasure of the President. The Tenure of Office Act was declared unconstitutional and the only persons in the Constitution that are appointed/confirmed with lifetime appointment are Article III jidges.

The Left wants to be able to scream “dictator!!” if he does but I honestly think most American citizens are beyond sick of the Left’s games and would have DJT’s back.

He should do both.
Ignore them and fight them in court. That is have DOGE continue to work as WH counsel fights in court.

This is 100% a political issue, not a legal one. If he's careful about which injunctions to ignore he'll absolutely have the political wind at his back.
And just for the political health of the country, this defiance needs to happen. The judiciary has proven repeatedly that it can't be trusted with power, so their power needs to be dialed back.

All the liberals on all of these talk shows justify Biden continuing to “forgive” student loan debt after the Supreme Court ordered him to stop by arguing that Biden was doing it using a different law or doing it in a different fashion.
Trump should come up with some other means of putting these people in place to audit these departments. Perhaps have the HR department (pursuant to directive from the cabinet Secretary) of these departments hire them as “assistant accountants” and let them keep doing the same thing.
When Democrat scream, just remind them that Biden did the same thing with student loans. The only difference is, Trump isn’t defying a decision from the Supreme F*cking Court.

I agree with you 100%. Which is exactly what the Marxist want him to do so they can squawk about it on CNN. Thing is, I don't think it will matter what the Dems scream.... voter's have spoken.
We want our federal government cleaned up.
If Trump defies the order, I doubt it will affect anything.
No matter what he does, progressives will oppose it, nothing lost.

Especially if as being reported that all of a sudden local projects are getting funded because DOGE has identified funding roadblocks (within U.S. Treasury) to state and local projects that were intentionally in place to divert the funding (intended for local and state projects) to overseas blackholes. With those kinds of results the political winds will be hurricane force.

Will Trump Defy the Courts?

Federal judges are starting to do something most elected Republicans won’t: say no to Donald Trump and Elon Musk. The question now is, will Trump obey their orders? Jon, Lovett, and Tommy break down all the latest, including new onslaughts against the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the National Institutes of Health, and new allegations of Trump family grift. Then, Jon sits down with Strict Scrutiny’s Leah Litman to unpack how Trump is testing the limits of presidential power and pushing constitutional guardrails to the brink.

If Trump defies or waits on the courts to overrule, it won't matter. Voter's have spoken. The folks that oppose Trump will oppose him regardless, he won't lose anything either way.
He's perfectly within his rights to defy the order.
Inferior courts do not possess the power to dictate plenary presidential powers that are stated in the Constitution.

That is correct, imo. It is a political issue and the Court's proper response is to let the Executive, and the Legislative branch decide the issues. The Courts have no business intervening in a political dispute.

180 degrees opposite.
The courts are the ones pushing the constitutional crisis.

I can explain the FA part from Trump.
Can you explain the FO part from whomever?

It took me so long to realize this. The Left doesn't have principles. They just pretend to as a tactic.
