I know you're probably joking but I would give the premium membership access to this site; where they'll find their soul mates right now.

600M is a good estimate. 900B is outright horseshite.

I know it’s more than just a ballroom but that seems a bit much.

You might want to switch to a larger-sized coonskin cap, Voltard. The current one seems to be suppressing the blood flow to your miniscule brain.

If you’re against the ballroom you’re probably an antisemitic communist who loves Muslims and is a tranny. You should be deported as the humane option. I love TRUMP!!!

Their plan is to resist, to disrupt and distract this administration.

It’s wholly anti American.

When it’s focused on a policy you disagree with it’s fine.

When it’s against everything a democratically elected president does it is by definition anti American.

He should have just sold it as a security upgrade with a ballroom on top to make use of the space.

$900 billion seems like a made up number, though.

If this ballroom project continues to bother you, you likely need mental health support.

Why shouldn’t the White House have its own ballroom? So ridiculous how they are making this out to be like tax payers will have to pay for it when its all private donations and the military needed this to happen anyway to make the WH more secure with a new bunker built under the ballroom.

The average American doesn't give two shits about this ballroom. We just want cheap gas and groceries, affordable health care, and to see people like John Brennan get perp walked. Literally nobody on this board will ever even step foot in the ballroom. It's just a place for the ruling class to stroke each other off.

Like many things, Trump's messaging is shite.... Had he started with the fact that they are building military infrastructure under that side of the grounds with a cost of x dollars and in parallel private funds will be used to construct a ballroom over top of that, it likely would have gone over a little better. Not totally with the media, but better than it is now.

quote:

This isn’t for me,” he added, referring to the ballroom as “a gift” for the country.

How much are we betting he stamps his name on it though?

Man is 100% concerned with his legacy.

Nope. The lawsuit discovery proved that claim wrong. At least $300 million of taxpayer money would be required.
