He’s had the 2028 hats out for a while now, and he continues to tease the idea, normally accompanied by reminding everyone 2020 was stolen, and that his first term was destroyed by Democrat obstruction, Russiagate conspiracy, Covid, etc.
What if he’s not kidding, and this is soft disclosure? And before anyone says it’s illegal to run for a 3rd term, I’m very much aware of this, but if we continue on this trajectory, and we find out more about how the Dems conspired with our adversaries to subvert our elections, all the “rules” go out the window.
We are under attack from a hostile foreign enemy, that has embedded itself within every fabric of our nation, and has launched a decades-long coup/insurrection against the American People. This is a matter of NATSEC.
What if Trump secures the 2026 election, the GOP sweep in a massive landslide since the Dems can’t cheat, and the GOP win every single Senate race, they secure 66 seats in the Senate, and more than 2/3rds majority in the House. With just one flip from a Dem Senator like Fetterman, Congress could pass a new Constitutional amendment to allow a 3rd term. Or perhaps the first ever convention of the states, proposed by the 2/3rds of state legislatures, and ratified by 3/4ths of the states.
All I’m saying is, don’t rule out the possibility. There are ways, and if you understand the true magnitude of our situation, you know that all options are on the table, and I think the Dems know it too, hence why they created the “No Kings” narrative, and why they are so upset about the White House renovations. I think the Dems actually believe Trump doesn’t plan on leaving.
If Trump secures 2026, like he claims he will, and we see US MIL/ICE at polling locations, no mass mail-in ballots, and voter ID, Trump 2028 becomes a possibility.

In March 2025, he first floated the idea of running in 2028, in an interview with NBC, he told them he was “not joking” about running in 2028, and that “there are methods” to accomplish this.
Trump has acknowledged that the Constitution currently prohibits him from running again, but as he stated, there are ways to get it done, even if the possibility is extremely slim, the possibility exists.
Trump has floated/teased the idea dozens of times over the past 16 months. Forgive me if I consider the possibility that Trump is not joking.

Trump running for a 3rd term has been in all of my emails from Dem fundraising. "He's a dictator and must be stopped. How? Just send in $7 so we can take back the House and Senate and impeach Trump before he gets a chance to run again!"

The party that wants to stack the courts, nullify voting, and pushed a Dem candidate for president that didn’t win a primary is worried about Trump? The jokes write themselves

I hope he runs then very last minute, we swap out like the Dems like to do

I thought there weren't going to be anymore elections?
No way the Democrats lied about that.

He’s trolling the hell out of them. It’s amazing the effect this has on them.

Trump isn’t going to run for a third term, but I love how much it freaks the left out. Honestly after this term, I’m not sure he would want to run again, and I don’t think Melania would want to go through this again. I’d rather see Vance or Rubio in there with Trump the Elder Statesman pulling strings behind the scenes. Trump deserves a few good years with his grandkids before going on to glory.

He could run in 2028 as Marco's VP.

It will never not be funny but he will be 80+.
Time for new blood to lead the movement.

Yeah. Needs to be Vance. And he doesn't need Rubio as his VP as many think.

He can run. He can even win.
But he can't be sworn in.

Actually, they don't want him removed from office, because as their email shows, no one raises more money for Democrats than Donald Trump. Oh sure, they would go through the process in the House, even though conviction in the Senate is an impossibility. But if Trump was removed, we would have 18 months of President JD Vance. We would have virtually all the policy decisions, with none of the baggage or drama that Trump creates. And Democrats would have absolutely no message going into November 2028. Vance would win election easily.

Someone needs to go back and read the 12th Amendment again.
"But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States."
