Trump know the gop has it wrapped up no use in wasting time - everyone still hates the democrats
That or we are going to nuke Iran this weekend - lots of rumblings of that. And that way he can stop the elections - either way it will be fun to watch.

I assume he's waiting until after the midterms, because if he had done it last week, he knows how voters would have responded. Otherwise, why wait?

Trump's big failure with the war is that he has failed to effectively sell it to the American people. Sell it to the American people first, then have your strikes two to three weeks before the midterms and basically put it on the ballot. Of course, he was never going to do that.

Seems like his biggest failure is promising to avoid it in the first place. Then, not avoid it as promised

Trump blew off the midterms when he decided to go to war. He doesn’t care if the Democrats win.

More concerned with Iran than the mid-terms?

It's weird that you think this is weird.

That's just fricking great

I'm relatively certain that this is the type of leadership our founding fathers would have advocated for. Whether you're Trumpian or not, I think we would all agree that our President should be focused more on being Presidential than political, though that rarely (if ever) happens

Well he’s the one that got us in this mess. Surely since Trump is the greatest thing that’s happen to this country he can get us out of this, right?

That war was sold in 1979, sold again in 1983, again and again for decades since.

We are not going to nuke Iran. What rumblings on that are you seeing? If would be a terrible decision beyond all comprehension to do that.

The midterms don't matter

They really do matter. Stocks are taking it on the chin this morning, Intel is suffering the most, and only oil stocks are rising, and they're literally booming thanks to new strikes in the Gulf.

And the GOP is cruisin' for a bruisin'. Trump can actually be removed from office, when skittish Republicans join Democrats in an impeachment trial.

It is insane that Kansas is not only in-play, but looks like the Democrat is going to win.

What in the hell?

I would be more concerned about coup attempt in Poland where we have been shifting troops and weapons from Germany.
