Dems always looking for someone else to take the high road while they burn everything down

Do you honestly think if Trump did the "right" thing, the Dems would accept it? No . They would turn and twist until they turned it bad

So he just did it for them. They get what they deserve. The fact that America "needs" a guy like Trump is the lefts fault

He is what he is.

For better or worse.

And in this case, worse.

Thanks.

Ignoring the insane makes them more insane. I wish he would've said nothing. I am all about a good melt though and that tweet is going to give some glorious soundbites over the next 24hrs.

Erika Kirk took the hight road. Reddit/majority of liberals and all of hollywood still wants her dead and mock her every single day. Never bend the knee to liberals.

That is not what I said really.

Some accurate comments about some liberal dumbass is not going to make me start voting for democrats.

I don't care that he didn't take the high road. A typical trump statement would have been like "Rob Reiner was tragically murdered last night it appears. Rob was a very good entertainer at one point before he became bitter and inflicted with TDS. His hatefulness aside, still a terrible, terrible thing!"

This would barely induce eyerolls.

I think no matter what Trump says, the media and left will spin in it a way to dump on him.

That said, I wish he would have just gave the ole fashioned, and rather performative, thoughts and prayers message and left it at that.

There has never been any high ground coming from the left. Some Republicans just don’t want to get their hands dirty in congress and are use to bending over backwards for the left.

Trump is Trump. He fights back. He is not a marshmallow. He operates from positions of strength and gives no fricks for the left’s feelings.

Trump, however, after he hits you with a haymaker, will offer you a path back to compromise and work together.

He will never change and does the necessary uncomfortable work that typical Americans are unable to do or engage.
