I said where should he start? It doesn’t mean they won’t go after everyone. It is prudent to ask local authorities to simply hand over the ones already in custody. I can’t imagine being upset about that.

So start with all of them all at once. You must be solidly in middle management with that kind of thinking.

Trump negotiated withdrawing from Afghanistan with The Taliban, NOT the elected Afghan government.

Only going after the criminals now?

Remaining in the United States impermissibly is commision of a criminal felony violation of 8 U.S. Code § 1325.

Any person who allows this to occur or in any way contributes to an illegal entrant impermissibly remaining in the United States is committing a criminal felony violation of 8 U.S. Code § 1324.

No concessions need to be made, here. This is established law with mountains of legal and constitutional precedent.

Nope. You would then be mad he isn’t going after the low hanging fruit of incarcerated criminals.

Makes no sense. He could catch his daily limit from Los Angeles to Florida.

Dudes a pussy and you're eating the slop.

If they had made a proposal like this beforehand instead of invading like they did we probably wouldn’t be having this discussion.

You are going to cry like a leftist bitch either way. Just look how your fellow comrades acted to today, at Tim Walz office, just because he cooperated for the first time last night

When the Democrats decided at some point back in time that immigration laws were out of date, not recognizing realities of today, or whatever reasons they think they had, there are processes in place for potentially changing those laws.

Because the Democrats decided that following those processes would either take too long and/or not bring the result they wanted, they arbitrarily decided the existing laws were no longer good and they would simply ignore them.

Some Democratic controlled cities and/or states declared themselves “sanctuaries” from existing law.

The Democrats chosen methods for “getting their way” without going through time-honored established procedures to attempt to change the law set a poor precedent going forward.

If each party and its supporters were to start arbitrarily deciding there are other laws out there we don’t like and we’ll just not follow them anymore, then eventually what good are any laws …and we’ll have anarchy on our hands (which is what some on the Left would like to have anyway).

ALL of this ultimately rests with the Democrats and their chosen path for a law they no longer liked.

We understand this, but is it what Trump is going to do?

Somebody has to cut the grass and wash dishes.

Best not to just let the Democrats take that privilege.
