You listed two lies told about him and attempted to conflate them with an action he took. That’s sad.

I guess so.
I share your confusion BTW. I like DeSantis. I'd support him in a heartbeat. I thought his Twitter rollout was fact-filled and superb. But for reasons elusive to me, he is not performing well.

This reminds me of Biden telling us time and time again he had nothing to do with the business of Hunter.

Why are people so excited about Trump and his Fauci relationship? Please tell me you did not get the jab. Oh Noooooooooo ........

Its sad you're too dense to realize Trump will be the nominee, so its Trump against the left.

But by all means, continue to assist the groomers.

Megyn Kelly obliterated him. Every time he sits in front of someone with a pulse he gets destroyed this go around. That was not the case in 2016 he was a beast.

Wtf are we doing. We are truly stupid people.

I don’t understand how people can see this pattern and still think he’s some Alpha God. I get preferring him, but the man is painfully insecure.

If DeSantis had waited until 2028 you wouldn't have supported him. Trump would've run again in 2028 after he lost to Biden and you'd be saying he needed to wait his turn until 2032.

You are the real cult

You claim to be a conservative yet you support a guy who:

-Praised Charlie Crist
-Said Stacey Abrams would be a better Governor than Brian Kemp
-Attacked pro-life Republicans
-Said Newsom and Cuomo handled Covid better than DeSantis
-Said he could never hit back at Newsom because he was nice to him
-Helped cost the GOP control of the Senate twice
-Celebrated when Michael Bennet won re-election

That's a cult. You have no problem with any of that. If you did, you'd tell Trump to go frick himself or jump off a building (perhaps Trump Tower?).

It's because many GOP primary voters, such as yourself, are retarded and have a fetish for losing. GOP primary voters went full retard in 2022, handing nominations to horrific candidates in several swing races that ended up losing when honestly pretty much any other Republican would've won.

Don Bolduc
Karoline Leavitt
Kari Lake
Blake Masters
Mark Finchem
Abe Hamadeh
Doug Mastriano
Dr. Oz
Tudor Dixon
John Gibbs
Jim Marchant
Joe Kent
Tim Michels
Daniel Kelly
Herschel Walker

They haven't learned from their lessons and are backing the guy who got crushed in 2020 as an incumbent. These same people love General Election losers like Donald Trump, Kari Lake, Doug Mastriano, and Blake Masters and hate proven winners like Ron DeSantis, Kim Reynolds, Brian Kemp, and Glenn Youngkin.

I hate Republicans who lose General Elections that are very winnable. They're weak people. By that logic, I should embrace George HW Bush, John McCain, and Mitt Romney. Frick that shite. I like General Election winners. Losers can go frick themselves.

This is actually the only legit reason to avoid a debate, and it ought to be the one Trump's Team states. "I'd like to debate, and would be there...but for this gag order and there's no way my opponents wouldn't say something that would require me to break that order."

Saying it's because he's got a big lead and doesn't "need" to rubs everyone that's NOT currently in his camp the wrong way.

nor I = and this leads to the one flaw in Trump's character that can make me jump off the trump train.

I have nothing but revulsion for his history of narcissism and playboy lifestyle - but I still think he was a fantastic POTUS = perhaps, although temporarily, the savior of our constitutional republic. By that I mean that a victory by the DEMs with HRC in 2016 would certainly have put all the crap we are seeing today in place earlier and without any semblance of resistance.

Trump at least gave us an opportunity to catch our breaths and see what the hell is taking place. He was unable to stop it but he did stay above water long enough to send the alarm loudly enough for anyone who is not wedded to the corruption can see it clearly.
= the entire administrative state of the federal government has been infiltrated by enough ideological fanatics to effectively be able to throttle (or accelerate) a favored political philosophy regardless of what the 'voters' of preceding elections had selected.

We are now being tossed on the collision of this ideological tsunami onto the shores of a coastline weakened by the efforts of other participants in this 'one world' ideological movement.

I am not at all certain that the actual "will of the people" has not been eroded to the point that mere exercises of 'Election Day' have any effect on the course of the nation - akin to the prospects that China will change its political bent on their next 'Election Day.'

All I am saying is that IF we have a chance, I still believe that Trump is the ONLY one who has what it takes to stand in the way of that impending disaster.
Only Trump would =
= be unencumbered by the notion of "getting re-elected"
= have a dependable agenda of restoring normal American culture and moral base
= have proven expertise in critical areas of economy, immigration, and energy
= have a record of achievement in foreign affairs and familiarity with its leadership
= possess the demonstrated immunity to personal attacks
= have a clean background wrt skulduggery in his past not already debunked
= know where 'the bodies are buried' and have no hesitancy to wage holy war
= DESERVE to be rewarded with ONE term to work on OUR agenda w/o sabotage

HOWEVER - I don't know how much more of the radical-type campaign he has adopted this time.

IF he is resorting to DEMOCRAT style hypocrisy and outright lying with purposeful distortion of known facts ===== I just don't know how much of that I can take without cutting the cord.

Are you sure it was "an action he took"?

Are you sure that on the final day someone from Pence's staff didn't approach Mark Meadows and say "Look, POTUS is in a dark mood today, but a citation for the Operation Warp Speed Team would be a classy look from the President. Could you just authorize a machine signature on the letter?"

I've always though that final award was odd. Not even as much because of Fauci, as because of Milley. Trump not being aware actually makes a lot of sense.

Not to defend trump but these commendations are nominated by everyone under the sun and then the president signs a document with dozens of people on it. Presidents rarely nominate these people. It is not like the medal of freedom that the president chooses personally.

"Tone at the top" matters, baw

The fact that it was even conceivable within the administration to honor that little dwarf at that stage in the game is crazy

Yes - that was definitely an unexpected - and nauseating - spectacle.

I just chalked it up to a man who has just been stabbed in the back by innumerable 'trusted' associates trying to get the hell out of town as quick as possible with a 'ceremonial' appearance.
