My goodness the base of our party is soft as shite. We used to be the party that told candidates who lost General Elections to go frick themselves and never show their face in public again. HW Bush, Dole, McCain, Romney, etc. We used to make fun of the Dems for being the party who worshipped at the alter of General Election losers - Al Gore, John Kerry, Hillary, Beto, Stacey Abrams, etc.
Why are we not being consistent? Not only are we not telling the Trump's and Kari Lake's of the world to go frick themselves, we're still embracing them. We're doing what the Dems do. It's pathetic and we should be better than that.

In fact, Ryan has criticized DeSantis for fighting the culture wars against the Trannies, CRT indoctrination, and child mutilation. With a little digging, that record will come out. If Trump personally signed it, knowing he was commending Milley (and Fauci), that will come out too.
Those are things Trump would know when he made the statement to MK. Given those facts, I'd be surprised he'd make the statement he did.

Not fighting shut downs, unproven vaccine, and printing money helping lead to the inflation we now see. He nails it on economics and foreign policy though

There's no other way to give a PRESIDENTIAL commendation than the President signing off on it.

I’m not saying he did because he did award him a medal, but guess what? I can’t find video. Do you know why? Because you Ronbots make it sound like he gave to Fauci. He gave it to every member of operation warp speed. His baby. Despite how I feel of the operation, take a look at the list.
