Oh, I think Democrats deliver on a lot of their promises...just the ones that you and I don't like. Abortion on demand, biological men in women's spaces, raise taxes on the rich, easy path for illegals to become legal, promote and defend Islam, raise the minimum wage, etc. They do deliver on those promises, which is why the need to be stopped.

They may not be as bad about talking big and then not delivering as the Republicans, but the gap isn't nearly as wide as it sounds like you might think.
For example, for all Biden's talk about ending fossil fuels, his administration broke the record for domestic oil production during his term. A record previously held by Trump.
And Trump broke the previous record, which was held by...Obama.
Democrats have held the WH and both chambers of Congress a few times since they really ramped up their anti-gun rhetoric in the mid-90s, but they have seldom passed any significant anti-2nd amendment legislation. They didn't even bother to re-pass the 1994 assault weapons ban that expired in 2004 when Obama was POTUS.
They've been crying about prescription drug costs and envy/wealth-taxing "rich" people and corporations and campaign finance reform and national family leave and childcare mandates and higher federal minimum wage, for decades, more recently "de-funding the po-lice," free student loans, etc., etc., and their party hasn't done any of those things either.
So it's more even than you think. And their base complains about it just like the Republican base complains about it.

The difference being if the Democrats actually accomplish their goals it would destroy the nation, if Republican leadership actually did anything they promised it would help the nation.

Ethanol mandates should be completely eliminated full stop tomorrow.

One the one hand they want high prices to steer consumer behavior to electric

Lol ?? the dems plan is to limit refinery capacity, tax gasoline production for global warming and to ban energy exploration permanently. All of these plans will drastically lower gas prices at the pump.
