since when do religious leaders hold governing status and decision-making power over elected officials and the various systems of law?
Did you miss the history of Western Civilization for the past 2000 years? The Catholic Church has ALWAYS existed above the laws of man. The Pope would literally crown Emperors. If someone rose to power the Pope didn’t approve of, he would excommunicate them and back a usurper. For over 1000 years, the Pope was the literal kingmaker of Europe.
It wasn’t until the 19th Century that the Catholic Church even begrudgingly tolerated some semblance of civilian authority over them. The Church was historically ABOVE government, ABOVE kings.

This Pope supports open borders .... all else aside, that's a deal breaker for most of us.
As in you won't vote for him in the next pope election?

So, do you believe that so many of these criminals that crossed over our borders ... do you believe that them being Catholic affords them a special pass?
The Catholic Church isn’t law enforcement. They are a church that preaches forgiveness of sins and redemption through God’s love. Why would they care if someone committed a crime?

No it doesn’t. Not even close.

Why would a church care what a parishioner’s IQ level is? The entire point of the mass is to instill concepts and teach the Bible to everyone regardless of their ability to read, and regardless of what language they speak. Seriously, why should the Catholic Church care?

Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. 2 Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. 3 For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and you will be commended. 4 For the one in authority is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for rulers do not bear the sword for no reason. They are God’s servants, agents of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer.

I agree. Let's send all that identify as Catholic to Vatican City.

Well it looks like the Pope’s interference in American politics is still top of the news cycle, so I want to repeat something.
The Democrat/Media Complex deliberately set this up so faithful Catholics would be forced to choose: Trump or your faith?
That’s a false dichotomy. The Pope is speaking on politics, offering his opinion only and he is not speaking ex cathedra.
You are not obligated to agree with the Pope in these matters where he speaks as an ordinary human.
If you are a Catholic, you can still support Trump, and disagree with what the Pope is saying about the Iran War and American politics, and still remain true to your Catholic faith.
Please do not fall for the either/or con job.

He is an antipope from Chicago. Purely political. Worse than Francis. The devil and communism under the guise of Marxism entered the Church.
Recent interviews of holy exorcist priests have said satanic worship is in the Vatican-- i think Leo may be worse and practice.
Obama may go visit to coordinate the talking points if this current psyop fails...
The saddest part to this poser Pope misrepresenting Catholics... is his take down of a brand new convert to Catholicism, VP Vance

The governmental NGOs were keeping the church afloat post scandals and so they have to defend the open borders to keep the cash spigot on.

I’m not supporting the pope. I just understand exactly why the Pope advocates what he does because it’s completely in line with the aims, financial good, and historical values of the organization he leads.
This would be like acting aghast that the head of pornhub is pro-porn or that a defense contractor favors more war. Maybe, the people with a direct financial incentive to support a certain outcome just might voice support for said outcome. I’m not going to act shocked and appalled when someone does something they’re paid to do. I can’t believe that waitress flirted with me, or that an employee of Google praised Google. IT’S WHAT THEY ARE PAID TO DO!

As opposed to WHAT exactly? And people are calling Trump a blasphemer? This person is literally deifying the pope.

Yet he never takes down a Democrat despite their numerous anti Catholic stances, statements, and actions.
He’s a fraud.
He’s a fraud.

The projection here is wild. Catholic churches were the ones who kept the scriptures and mass in foreign languages from the laity until "protestant" leaders began translating the Bible into English and got murdered for doing it.
