Look at the bright side,
At least they were able to get the BEST MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY in Houston to either save or at least extend their daughters life FOR FREE
and most on this board chipped in for the FREE MEDICAL CARE, which I’m sure is billed back in the Hundreds of thousands easily!
We can’t bend the knee and get weak, they came here, had a good run, got their free treatment over time & now time to Go see your families back home and start a new life.

Sure, so they possibly came illegally AND we wou l d have been footing the bill.

So, he probably got free treatment for Brain cancer paid for by U.S. tax payers even though they were here illegally. Not a total loss. I would argue they made out pretty well in the situation.

How do two illegals have the money to pay for attorneys and brain cancer treatment?

The US citizen was not deported, her illegal alien parents were and they voluntarily chose to take her with them.
Also if they have the means to access attorneys and healthcare, surely they can acquire a passport to enter the U.S. legally so their daughter can see her specialists when necessary

You think it’s cheaper than free in Mexico?

What makes you better than him? Not a thing. So we’re all pieces of shite together. Welcome aboard.

The illegals could have left their child here and appointed a friend or family member to take care of her.

All I ever read on this site is how shitty doctors are here and how terrible our healthcare system is. We did them a favor by shipping them to Mexico where they can get discount meds and treatment for about the same costs as feeding their family at Taco Bell.

You and I both know that free healthcare doesn’t mean anything.
In Mexico, it just means that the hospital you go to doesn’t charge you. They also don’t treat you. Nor do they keep medical records (oftentimes). But hey! It’s free!

At least he didn’t send him on one of those death-spiral medical jets…

I'd like to know what kind of health insurance they had. I suspect this was 100% medicaid and CHIP. This story should be instead how a generous nation paid for surgery and specialists for this young girl in spite of her family being absolute sponges and paying what is likely to be zero into the US system.
You bring up an interesting point. We already know illegals had solid health insurance as it was given to them.
Gratis.
