He should publicly condemn it...
for what it actually was.
An orchestrated set-up by the FBI/Congressional leaders/other assorted Deep State operatives to keep the public from hearing the real evidence of fraud and voting irregularities that was about to be exposed when the EC votes were challenged in Congress.
Then he should tell Tillis to frick off.

5 years after the event and so adamant about dropping it puts a person into one of two possible camps -
1. Willfully ignorant.
2. A part of the attempted coup.
