We’ll cross that bridge when we get there…if we get there. This Iran conflict will continue to be lambasted as a quagmire until it isn’t. I, for one, hope that some incredible deal that brings human rights and democracy back to Iran, that ends Iranian proxy terror, opens the Straits of Hormuz, and removes the threat of the Iranian nuclear program is mutually agreed to in good faith by all parties. However, I just don’t have a lot of confidence that will happen. I do not trust Iran, its proxies, nor Isreal to negotiate in good faith.
