Canadian healthcare has never been good. There’s a long history of Canadians coming to the U.S. for treatments.

Humans deserve the same compassion as we give our pets.
And if I reach a stage where I want to end my suffering and go out on my own terms, why should you oppose it? Individual liberty is something that many claim to support, well MAID is exactly that.

You’ve missed the connection of govt healthcare and MAID, including fake foreign drs who will gladly convince REAL Canadian citizens to kill themselves so the system can save money and the dr doesn’t have to go back to India.

I know a Canadian who was especially thankful to have immigrated to the U.S. for the care she received after her cancer diagnosis.

The Nazis let severely injured soldiers die in hospitals because they were a burden on resources.

Refusing to treat treatable conditions only to turn around and convince the patient that death is preferrable to treatment, is not liberty. That is gaslighting people to death. Kinda like the extreme of the gaslighting you are doing here.

Well, we better get used to it because we will have it within 10 years unless Rs get the lead out of their asses and do something to fix our current system.
if you think our current system is sustainable, and that we can just bury our heads in the sand on this issue, we will have some version of “Medicare for all” in place.
No system can support 5-10% price increases every single year. Oh, and those price increase offload more expenses to the individual w/ higher deductibles and max OOP limits.
Maybe large corporations can handle these cost increases, but small to moderate-sized companies are discovering that health insurance is their largest, single overhead expense.
Fear porn about the Canadian system, or any other universal HclC system, won’t work.

I'm not talking about triage. You should read Berlin Diary by Shirer. Outraged letters to the newspapers - my son was being cared for in a hospital and now he's dead. Regime orders the papers to stop printing these letters.

Medicare for over 65s is pretty good. Probably too expensive for all as they take a chunk of SS money from us oldsters to fund. But medicare has been pretty good for me.
