Semantics. The nurse was illegally carrying a loaded assault pistol while engaged in an aggressive interaction with federal law enforcement while they were serving a warrant for arrest.

So he had no ID nor the CC permit on his person that violates CC Law in MN. He pushed a Federal,agent in the back, that’s a felony, then he resisted and did not comply with orders from federal agents. All while having a firearm and somewhere between 30-50 rounds on his person, How the frick is that gonna end for a majority of people?

He likely believed he could carry the weapon, and if (in his opinion) ICE attacked him, he could respond with using his gun in self defense (aka stand his ground) he likely had his message board legal team give their opinions....

You're right. He did think that, because that's what the Minnesota liberals were arguing. The news was full of liberals pontificating about citizens using deadly force in a "stand your ground" situation. The messaging was that citizens should confront ICE and cause a hostile interaction that would justify deadly force against an ICE officer.
The death of Pretti is the result of leftist dog-whistling.

If he had kept a safe distance and not intentionally interfered with a lawful ICE operation, he'd still be alive.
