As little girls they were constantly "you can be and do whatever you want" which is a crock of shite.
Now as adults many really believe that shite. They truely believe rules don't apply to them and they can do whatever.
Once they enter the work place and reality bitch slaps them in the face some realize they cannot do or be whatever they want and they become super bitches.

Best practice is to always keep your door open if you are speaking to anyone in your office. Not only women can get mad, upset, or jealous.. If you need the privacy and speak to them alone go to a conference room for a 1-on-1. You get privacy and you can leave when you are ready for the meeting to be over.
That’s the practice in most workplaces. If they need confidentially that’s what HR is for. It’s usually pretty easy to have a meeting with HR. They like to know what’s going on and their days are usually pretty boring

So when your son gets in a relationship with a woman that’s not like his mom how’s he going to react? Is he going to argue back and take up for himself or let her walk all over him?
Arguing and disagreeing isn’t bad in a relationship. Having a physically abusive an/or emotionally abusive relationship is a bad relationship.

I'll interact with them in the office but I will not do anything outside the office with just one other female.

One thing every husband must learn. Women get a stimulation in the pleasure section of their brain from the sound of their own voice. This does not happen with the male brain.
