Have you read any part of the agreement? The entire thing is to be named later. Stop clutching your pearls so tightly when you can’t even give the 5-10 minutes it takes to read what youre bitching about.

Holy shite. If this is the deal, Trump needs to go ahead and step aside before midterms and hand the reigns over to Vance to hopefully minimize the bloodbath in midterms.
Getting into this war cost us $120 billion or so in military expenses and depleted stocks of some of the more advanced weaponry we were using. Plus billions more that everyone paid in higher gas prices and the related increases in prices of other goods due to higher energy costs. Now we're paying $300 billion to rebuild Iran and the Islamic regime is still in power and arguably comes out of the war even stronger.
Trump 2.0 first year was going great with ICE deportations and bringing manufacturing jobs and investment back to the country. Thats what most of us voted for. And then he pissed it all away and stepped on his own dick by letting Israel drag us into this Iran crap.

If it shows signs of success, they'll probably quietly keep it.
Dems called Trump crazy for protectionism and claiming globalism's decline, then kept plenty of tariff structure and protectionism in place under Biden.
Arguably Trump's best attribute is being the first through a conventional wisdom wall and normalizing things that were verboten before him.

So basically Trump is saying the Iranians outlasted us. And forced us to make a shite deal. Sounds about right

So some have already agreed?? Or we just assumed they would?

The agreement references “financing” which I took to generally mean loans.

The wall is not built.
Mexico didn’t pay for the small portion that was built.
Deportations didn’t happen like his voters expected.
Inflation is nowhere near under control.
War in Ukraine not stopped on day one. In fact still going.
Cost of living is a roller coaster.
No new foreign wars? Got into one with Iran and left them in a stronger international position than they were before.
Yeah, he’s going down in history as a joke of a president.

Why wouldn’t we want to help negotiate that?
They're leaders are more radical than the previous leaders and the previous leaders were the leading sponsor of terror around the world. Why would we want them to be rich?

They better abide by the rules or we'll *checks notes* lift sanctions and give them $300 billion once they yank us around enough that it becomes politically unsustainable

Not trying to be pedantic, but what paragraph references financing?
Paragraph 6 discusses a mutually agreed plan with at least $300 billion for the reconstruction and eceonomic development of Iran. The mechanism will be finalized later. I don't see "financing" anywhere in the paragraph.
And I agree - nothing indicates that this is going to be a cash gift or anything of the sort.

There must be enough signed on for Iran to feel comfortable moving forward.

Vance would fire Rubio and Hegseth and replace them with Dave Smith and Doug MacGregor

The sanctions were in place for a purpose. If the purpose dissolves, so too should the sanctions. Right?

We killed the Ayatollah, a few in line and probably a shitload of civilians plus a few of our own for... a 300 billion dollar bill and basically the same promises we've had for forever.
Wow.
Wow.

It could also be equity.

Now look who is assuming? Why not mention them as well as the US and other countries to be added later?
Also, let's not forget their nuclear program is status quo.
