He's not wrong that it was dumb to put Kyle on the stand but his statement is wrong. Kyle hasn't done anything to hurt himself. There was a 10ish minute portion where the ADA was making good points but then he went right back to humanize Rittenhouse. Kyle has done amazingly on the stand so far.

I mean the ADA got a few very minor gotcha moments, but the testimony went on so long nobody on the jury will remember them. The ADA just basically made himself look like an even bigger dick and pissed off the judge in the process.
