It is against the law to draw lines based on race.
If congressional lines were draw strictly based on population and geography, Republicans would hold a 300-135 majority

Tennessee legislators followed Tennessee law. Virginia legislature didn’t follow Virginia law. Now democrats are apoplectic that following laws is unconstitutional. Imagine that.

They'll give amnesty and change to popular vote

Tennessee is complying with the law and removing racism from the voting process. Virginia broke the law by patently underrepresent Ing Republican voters just because they were a republican.

You want to pack the Supreme Court? Yes or no?
You would vote for any democrat in a general election who campaigned on packing the Supreme Court.

I believe the poster beaux duke you are replying to has a lot of ties to white supremacy and in some ways is still affiliated with them.

I never talk this way, but if Dems do pack the Court then it's truly time for a revolution in this country.
Why is packing the court different than refusing to fill a seat because you don't like the president? And refusing to even vote on a candidate at that.
Both are technically legal, but both are very much anti democracy and against what our country stands for. Yet you are perfectly ok with one because your team did it.

The ultimate Trump move would be if the Republicans retain power to go ahead and pack the court Go ahead and make it a 9-3 majority.

Would you be against a Democrat that campaigned on packing the court? Yes or no?

The facts are extremely different.
In 2020 Virginia voters voted to approve a change to the Virginia constitution setting up a redistricting commission to draw congressional districts. In order to amend the constitution of Virginia a certain process must be followed. In 2026 the voters in Virginia voted to get rid of the commission and allow the legislature to draw the districts. Proper procedure on amending the Constitution had to be followed. The Virginia Supreme Court ruled that there was a failure to follow the law in amending the Constitution.
In Tennessee the legislature has the power to draw districts. they have not given that up in the way the Virginia legislature gave it up. Therefore, there is no reason a Court could overturn the Tennessee redistricting - no law was even alleged to be broken.

Trust me, lefty. You don't want to go down that road.3 corrupt Republicans helped confirm the dumbest person to ever sit on the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, Democrats won't cooperate with Trump on almost anything.

We need to immediately grant Puerto Rico full independence.

You can bet they're gonna open the border back up and flood Republican districts with illegals too.
The Republicans need to come up with an amnesty for those who've been in the country for years. Those people may be grateful and could be future republican voters.
I know none of you believe this. But republicans will have to deal with this from the in the power side or later on the loser side when millions more are let in.
