She would have attempted to hit a different agent somewhere along the way/her route.
I do think she wasn’t just going to leave, and would have attempted to escalate further down the road

It is and it should be.
And the rest of the nation agrees.

R.A., I think Minnesota has already thrown in the towel on this. You don't?
Minnesota law required the Hennepin County Medical Examiner to have performed the autopsy by now. I don't know anything about the protocol, but could the state release the autopsy results to the public without FBI approval?

considering what we've seen from the citizenry and the "leadership" on MN in the last week I think they think they can do whatever they want.

I agree,
this interaction became inevitable when Dem leadership weaponized the citizenry through their rhetoric. One or the other or both parties were going to die at some point.
In this case I'm glad there was ice on the road

He didn’t shoot to stop the threat. He shot afterward. I expect he’ll be tried in Minnesota too which isn’t going to be friendly venue

You stand there then after being dragged 100 yards 6 months ago by illegal in same scenario. I’m going home to my family -

If someone shoots at you with a gun, I think you are allowed to shoot back until neutralized. Same idea applies here.

See Florida below - if you reasonably believe imminent danger you can run over people in your car - explain that

said Florida’s 2005 "stand your ground" law — which allows people to use force, including deadly force, without first attempting to retreat if they reasonably believe they are in imminent danger
You have twisted yourself into knots to be the biggest anti law enforcement person in this thread. I would submit that a reasonable person would, as a matter of law, have a reasonable belief of injury or danger

But even if there is no criminal prosecution, there will be a civil lawsuit.

A one-percent chance of serious bodily injury would NOT, in my view, remotely justify the use of deadly force. A 100-percent chance, on the other hand, would absolutely justify it.
Let’s say someone shot at you from about 10 feet away and missed.
The data shows they have successfully shot you 0% of the time. Their finger is on the trigger, primed for another trigger pull. Would you perceive an imminent threat of serious bodily injury or death? Are you justified in using lethal force ?

Ask yourself which position he argues consistently and then ask yourself if that’s purposeful.

The prosecution (or plaintiff's attorney) argues that he responded like someone with PTSD, rather than like a "reasonable LEO." If they do not make that argument, they are utterly incompetent.
