I wonder what would have happened if she drove off when they told her to. Would the ICEhole still have shot her three times claiming she was driving towards him as he stood in front of her car?

Here’s an experiment for you. Have someone in front of you drop tennis ball at arms length. They aren’t going to tell you when they’re going to drop it. Your task is to move 4 feet to your right before it touches the ground.
That’s about how much time he has. You can’t make it 4 feet before it hits the ground.
Frankly I’m pretty impressed at the speed of his draw.

It really was. And I'm not trying to be crass. He capped that bit(h with 3 to the dome in less than 2 seconds, while trying to get out of the way.

That is actually a potential problem for him, as it COULD be interpreted as him choosing to use deadly force BEFORE he was looking at any reasonable belief that deadly force would be necessary to protect life or prevent serious bodily injury.

That's false, but he should have pulled the sidearm a bit earlier.
He probably could have gotten the other dyke if he held that line of fire from the front of the car.
I'm just happy he was able to disable the main culprit.
