I don’t know what the answer is on the voting issue with men and women - although nothing will ever change - but there’s some inherent unfairness in the fact that men have more skin in the game than women do for three reasons:
1. No one is going to take care of a man. A man must be financially successful. A woman who’s broke or jobless can find a man who will share his roof with her - as well as getting more sympathy from society. A woman isn’t doing that shite for a man.
2. Some jobs (even with 2026 technology) still require the strength and durability of a man to be done right.
And most of all…
3. If the shite hits the fan, it won’t be a bunch of women loading up to go charge down the guns. If the actions of elected officials cause upheaval somewhere, it won’t be Cindy and Sandy running up a beach or jumping out of an airplane to put it down.
There’s less accountability for women (in general) if their votes cause problems.

Men have overwhelmingly governed this country for its entire history. Men have occupied every presidency, the overwhelming majority of seats in Congress, governorships, judgeships, cabinet positions, and positions of institutional power. Yet somehow when you disapprove of what those governments have done, your explanation is women.
You’re essentially arguing that men are uniquely suited to govern, then absolving generations of male leaders of responsibility for how they actually governed because women were allowed to participate in choosing them.

Those men that have governed have had to answer to a voter pool that is 50% women. I’m sure you can figure the out. You keep going to that argument but it’s quite short sighted and small minded.

Maybe, why don't the people do something about it, change it back? People changed things to begin with, people can change it.

Good governments let the people work out their problems as long as the use nothing but long established rules of behavior - - the constitution.

Women, expect a person to pitch in and help resolve her issue without being asked.
Men OTOH, expect a person to leave him alone and work his issue by himself until he asks for help.
My wife and I go through this all the time. Only thing however...She's never taken a lawn mower out of my hands and shown me how to do it.

Was is ‘empathetic’ women being able to vote, or the Religious impetus of our God-based (think Jesus) Constitution that ushered in the political change?
The Constitution caused the Civil War and ended the institution of slavery because of the principles of Equality therein.
Was it Religion (think Jesus) that pushed GW Bush to brand the Right as “compassionate Conservatism” ? Was GW fearful of the ‘empathetic’ female vote or the Judgement of his professed Lord and Savior “ per Jesus’ Gospel of love and mercy?
Was or is the whole muh Jesus thing just BS fairy tales like many believe, or is it the absolute metric upon which Universal Truth and Human salvation is based? Might not we be witnessing the “second coming “ of said Truth as a reproving and paradigm altering basis for Human civilization? And that such starts with what has been the only and greatest Nation that ever existed BECAUSE of our true and sincere intentions to serve God and His Truth? Perhaps God is giving us what we ask for.
Given the coming and extraordinary power of AI, it is a given that Humanity can ill or much longer afford the mechanism of Warfare to determine Political/Ideological and Religious dominance. We’ll go the Fermi Paradox route if we can’t change. And honestly, I don’t think we can because both Sides (Capitalism/Merit vs Socialism/Mercy) cannot find a middle ground.
And the above is the theoretical basis of my ‘fatalistic’ belief that the eschatological prophetic narrative of it taking Jesus to take over at the last moment before total destruction “for the sake of the Elect”. The Children of Love.
Competition makes us stronger, but Truth tells us how to employ strength. “Where there is no vision, my people die”. Lord come quickly.
