Do you have a source for this or are you just doing what the majority left ‘people’ do -> make shite up on the fly(as if factual) and frequent use of Begging-the-Question?
It seems like a logical inference. If someone claims to be an attorney, don't you think someone being vetted to be THE press secretary would be asked: "In what state(s) are you licensed?"
Did it seem to you like she had been properly vetted??? Do you think they even had an audition? "Let's see how you read from prepared notes..."
In answer to your question though, I heard someone make reference to a Washington Post article that said the usual protocols were not followed in selecting her. Behind a pay wall, so here is ChatGPT's summary:
######
The October 9 Washington Post report, by Natalie Allison and Katherine Doyle, provides the clearest account of the selection process.
According to the newspaper:
Zacharia visited the White House approximately two weeks before her appointment and returned the following week.
During the latter visit, she met with Trump.
When Trump was on the West Coast over the summer, he sent her congratulatory text messages after watching her on television.
She had longstanding relationships with several Trump advisers, including White House Communications Director Steven Cheung.
During her brief tenure as a Department of Homeland Security spokesperson, she worked closely with Lauren Bis, who subsequently became a senior deputy White House press secretary.
One source familiar with Trump's thinking described Zacharia as “straight out of central casting” for the position.
Trump announced her appointment on October 9, praising her loyalty and longstanding support for him.
Source: The Washington Post's October 9 report on Zacharia's appointment??
The chief of staff was reportedly bypassed
This is perhaps the most consequential detail.
In its October 13 follow-up, the Washington Post reported that Trump announced the appointment without first consulting Chief of Staff Susie Wiles.
According to four people familiar with the internal discussions, Wiles and other senior staff members learned about the decision the night before Trump publicly announced it.
That suggests the appointment did not follow the usual process of a senior White House personnel decision being discussed extensively among the president's top advisers.

because they spent a lot of money and years of their life in law school but weren't smart enough to pass the bare minimum entrance exam into the over saturated profession.

Same reason the Senate candidate in Michigan would call himself a doctor when he isn't, I guess

Always have been too, even Shakespeare wrote derisively about them in the 1500s iirc...

I just read that Bar Complaint. If this lady is representing herself as being a lawyer, and she is not, then this is absolutely appropriate and faces whatever penalty California provides.
It doesn't matter what your political beliefs are. If a person holds themself out to be a lawyer, they have to be a lawyer. Otherwise it is a crime in all 50 states.
To be clear though - you can claim to be a lawyer all day and it is not a crime as long as you are not seeking some sort of benefit from being one. Being a Press Sec does not require being a lawyer and really has not practice of law requirements, so she is safe there.
She is really only in jeopardy if she actually did perform legal services for this nonprofit.
I doubt she did - I am confident that was a lie. This Complaint will just embarrass her even further to the public

Liberals and TDS never-Trumpers are such crybaby petty bitches.

This is probably the goal.
Her response will be made public and she will look bad.
Another unforced error from the admin.

I don't claim that there is no such thing, but in this particular case if it's true that she said she was a lawyer when she wasn't, you out kicked your coverage on your gotcha.

What did she say exactly?
In response to the question, "in which state did you pass the bar exam," she responded "WHEN I moved to China."

She went to Pepperdine. She isn't dumb. She just never took a bar exam or practiced law in the US.
Well as long as its never been represented that she's an attorney it's probably not a big deal...
Oh wait

This doesn't make any sense. If the profession is oversaturated, why would it imply that someone is dumb for "not passing the bar?" Maybe she didn't take the exam. We know she graduated from Pepperdine and currently serves on the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law Dean's Council, an advisory panel made up of notable law alumni.
It is ridiculous to accuse the woman of being stupid.

Is the claim that she graduated from law school but didn't pass the bar?
If so, i don't know what she said that is actionable. She's a lawyer.

She graduated from Pepperdine Law School. That put her closer to being a lawyer than the goddamn freaks the left trots out are to being women.

Wait...so being petty is a BAD thing? Is President Trump petty?
I'm not crying. I just thought it was disastrous for the President to rush this woman into the job so close to the midterms. Unforced error.
They should have just kept the rotating senior officials and Trump press events.
