A hot war with an Iran governed by the Ayatollahs and the Revolutionary Guard has never been an if but a when unfortunately.
The reality is the USA has not been at war with Iran until several weeks ago while Iran has truly been at war with the USA for 47 years.
They inaugurated the current government with a real act of war, i.e. kidnapping and holding hostage every diplomat and other personnel at the US Embassy.
When Trump states that many former Presidents have told him they wish they had done it I believe him.

Tehran is several thousand feet in elevation and there are mountains about 12000 feet bordering it I believe. I've seen pictures of heavy snow fall in Tehran. Much of the country is hilly or mountainous, and it's a rather large country.

But judging by how you couched your post I didn't think you did. It was a very broad statement you made essentially equating it with welfare. I think you realized that since it has been edited and not a minor edit.

I'm no lawyer but I don't think juries are seated in appellate courts. A judge or 3 judges made the decision on this appeal I believe.
