That wouldn’t gain much other than satisfaction till the cocksucker sued you and legally handed the house for compensation. I stand by my way of approaching situation of earlier post. Move yourself back in your home as they cannot legally keep you out. Make it as miserable for them till they move out or leave for any period of time, Change locks on door, put security guards there if necessary.

The simple and legal answer is to have your gun out and walk into your house. Tell the person you are going to bed. If they are not gone in 5 minutes you will "wake up" and shoot the intruder.
Tell the police you were sleeping in your house and some intruder came in and attacked you.
Also, have 2 of your military friends come and tell the police they were sleeping there also .
