There have to be parameters in voting. Just like there are parameters to drive, to speak, etc. Is your ideal rejection rate 0?

Probably massive probing as well. Sending in ones with wrong signature, wrong address, defunct address, not matching signature, etc.
Just to see what they are flagging and what they arent. If they missed a loophole you can be certain, next election all the mail ins will be trying it that particular way ie signing the right name but sig doesnt match, but it gets counted.
