An estimated 421,972 Muslims live in Texas. This represents 1.68% of the state's population, making Texas the state with the largest Muslim population in the United States. The Muslim population in Texas is a growing and diverse community, with significant concentrations in Houston and Dallas

There is no fence walking re Israel vs Jihadist Islam, and it is Islam that is theologically bound to the destruction of a Jewish Nation in the Jewish homeland. Israel is ‘Israel First’ and has been for the duration, as there is no alternative. Note Europe as Islam takes over via immigration. Abbot and/or any politico with half a brain realizes what the Jihadist Theocracy/Sharia long game is, just like the Marxist CCP’s strategy toward Economic domination. Abbot knows this and is picking his side as all will be forced to do. It’s a zero sum game vs Islam and Marxism. At least minus a real and comprehensive and honest PUBLIC dialogue re both, and potential compromise therein, if even possible.
