These same senators voted and approved 500k payments for phone records being seized during the same weaponization.

But memaw who crossed the velvet ropes on J6 for a selfie and spent a year in prison receiving $500 is a bridge to far.

You could start a GoFundMe for them.
ATrillionaire suggesting GoFundMe is pretty rich. I figured a man of your imaginary means would at least understand the difference between charity and government accountability.

“I think the administration is putting itself in a bad spot,” Sen. Bill Cassidy, R-La., said Thursday, adding, “Congress has had no input.”

Well if Cassidy is pissed, that tells me where I need to align.

I agree the optics aren't good. Given those optics and the lack of support from RINOs, I'd prefer those affected sue the government -- individually or as a group.

Good. It’s egregious.

Yes, I agree.
The J6 house committee and their farce of an investigation was egregious.

Everything about this is egregious, but also think someone should pay for those people held without bail, I couldn’t believe some of those people who were acting like tourists, that were guided like they were on tour, were not given bail, was quite shocking, and I don’t care your politics….

Oh, I don't know . Maybe they don't like the idea of taxpayer money being paid to Jan. 6 thugs, several of whom have been convicted of crimes after Jan. 6...

It's worse than welfare cheats...

I know, right! Why are people upset about ballrooms, Arc de Trumps and huge slush funds paid for by taxpayers. Just let the people eat their cake and go about their lives.

Why should Congress have any input on a settlement between private citizen, Donald Trump and the IRS?

They get really pissy when non-approved parties have the opportunity to get in on the grift.
