There is information that is ‘classified’ that becomes unclassified.
For example if there was a document saying Trump would be going to game 2 of the NBA finals, it would be a classified document. By game 3 of the finals, the document would still be marked classified but the information isn’t classified any longer.
Not sure this is the smoking gun some of you think it is

This was in 2016/2017. Biden was not president yet, and he was not in office as VP at the time. Not to mention it was explicitly stated in Hur's report that Biden knowingly gave the writer access to classified material, not declassified material.
The only thing that makes it not a smoking gun is we already knew all this. Biden being a mush brain is the only reason he wasn't charged, but he absolutely broke the law.
