I was unaware the rapid reaction force from the 82nd Airborne deployed to Kuwait were supposed to be on the ground on Thursday, then Sunday they were diverted direct to Kabul and this evening they are still delayed in arriving because of the fiasco at the airport.

I'm sitting here looking up the JCoS and varied branch of military top brass trying to figure out what the hell the issue is with this one operation. Simply, I won't forgive Biden for this but I cannot wrap my head around the logistical and strategic mistakes that have happened and continue to happen on the ground. This shite just is a gigantic failure on so many levels.

We didn’t lose it. We abandoned it and chose to go to the other airport. Read reports that was Biden’s decision but no link. One of many articles I’ve read since last night. Sure it can be googled.

When your military brass is more concerned with politics and optics and not winning wars, you get these kinds of defeats. It happens every major engagement. The political military leaders get exposed and fired and are replaced with competent leadership that run people the wrong way. Either that happens or the military gets destroyed.
