There were net divisions, but they weren't considered THE club championship. Bedminster may have net age-protected divisions that are considered THE club championship I don't know.
This whole thing is a non-issue to me, I don't care if he "couldda been a contender" or he won by a combination of cheating and others' sandbagging. As they say, "It's good to be the king". I shot 62 at age 62 so have some idea of what it takes when you’re older to still swing it.
