JFC. There was no Russia "hoax." There never was. That was just some made-up bullshite by Trump to deflect away from the real contacts and ties his campaign had with Russia. Russia did try to influence the election in Trump's favor and the investigation at the time did find that Trump and 18 others in his campaign's orbit had 140 contacts with Russian nationals, their intermediaries or WikiLeaks, but that there wasn't sufficient evidence to charge anyone. That doesn't mean there wasn't collusion, just not provable conspiracy.

Do you think that being the head of intelligence (CIA, NSA, Military intelligence, etc.) and CIC, and being responsible for national security doesn't cover everything he did?
It seems every allegation involves intelligence assessments, response, and information dissemination related to both.

What's going to enrage a lot of you, ultimately, is that intelligence is more an art that involves a lot of subjectivity and opinion rather than a science. This is going to give everyone involved a LOT of leeway, even those who aren't criminally immune.

Sucks when the Supreme Court rules like this, doesn't it. Obama could have ordered SEAL Team 6 to have taken out Romney and Trump.....and conceivably gotten away with it......unless he was impeached.
