So every day citizens should take to the streets, storm government buildings and military installations while 2,000 lb bombs are being dropped on those exact buildings just to prove they are really behind all of this?
Or maybe the shop keepers, teachers and dentists with no military training or coordination with the US and Israel just might be waiting for the incinerating hell raining down from the sky to lighten up before doing their thing.

Calm the frick down. It’s been a few days. Of course there is a power vacuum. A second round of Israeli strikes just wiped out most of the regime survivors in one blow as they were electing a new leader. Streets are still be swept for holdovers but the country is liberated.
I’m not sure who is telling you that Mullahs have magically seized control of Iran in a matter of 48 hours, but they are lying to you.
Whatever Iran becomes, whether you like it or not, will be by the will of the Iranian people.

Lets be honest here. Iran mess was created mostly by USA/israel intelligence. We probably should be participating in the cleanup if that is really what this is.
If this is just another installation of a puppet government that is going to sponsor terrorism and intentionally push unrest in the middle east, then this whole thing shameful. If this is the first step in actually fixing things, then we need to be a part of it.

They are heeding Trump’s advice to “shelter in place “. Another two weeks of targeted bombing and then arms will be delivered to specific people and the Republican Guard will either give in “for total immunity or be killed “ per Trump’s deal.

The first 3-4 days, wipe out or the top 3-4 levels of leadership occurs, Hardened military head quarters reduced to rubble. Lower ranked bad guys set up in schools/hospitals because the media says safe place, Day 6-7 no children show up to school and embedded explosives blow up the bad guy school sanctuary. The mullahs already ran Iran and still control the IRGC.
The ayatollah was the head of that group who rules based on his supposed lineage back to Allah or whatever but there are plenty more behind him to continue their previous hardline Shia path so long as the IRGC remains loyal.
So it all comes down to whether we eliminate the IRGC so the people can rise up or co-opt it so that some pro west despot/military dictator (ie early era Saddam) can take over and sign the Abraham accords and steer them away from China.
