There have been studies done relative to what you say. Low IQ people live in 5 to 10 seconds intervals where higher IQ people live in 20 to 30 second intervals. Meaning hi IQ people are scanning ahead and behind them and are more aware of their surroundings when driving. It also applies to how we get to low impulse control. Low IQ people don't spend the time to think about consequence. They just react.

There are a lot of California based majority Sikh trucking companies. Most of the people I dealt with spoke English very well, but they were usually the owners or the CFOs.
