To the OP, if I'm in your position, first of order of business is making sure I'm providing for the wife and little one at home, so I do what I have to do to not jeapordize that; however, if it's a question of culture and/or I feel strongly enough about the issue then I start looking for around for a new job.

Can you ignore it all, then if they one day call you out, tell them you are so fluid, you have an identity crisis daily. You would spend tons of company time simply updating your email signature and online profiles to match your ever-shifting self-diagnosis.
Further, being called to the carpet for your extremely uncomfortable condition feels like a form of victim shaming by the company (definitely a hostile work environment). Not only is it crippling to not be able to bring your "true self" to work, but being forced to fit into their rigid signature strictures is a burden that has no ground in the workplace.
Something like that.

but worse, it sounds like you're in a bad work environment , you will not be well received by management, and you're in the wrong state to fight these battles

Sucks you’re put in this situation man, but this is the world you’re living in. I don’t understand the jazz hands thing nor why you wouldn’t just do it, yea it’s kinda silly but I don’t understand a context that would make it conflict with your morals or political opinions. On the pronouns subject, I’ve decided recently that if it came down to losing my livelihood or capitulating to stuff like this, I’d capitulate. It’s not worth losing your livelihood. Get fired for something like this and it’ll stay on your record forever. Don’t give them something easy to use against you

BTW - tried asking Alexa. She said she'd rather not answer that.
Tried the little microphone auto-typing using Google. It won't type out pussy. It types "p****" and won't give you the answer.
