Sorry you’re facing this. Here is an actual answer for you. I’m in corporate world too, but not as many liberals.

In Outlook:
Open a fresh new email.
Top right click on “signatures”
Make one for when you need to look like a liberal sheep.
Anytime it’s a reply to the wackos, use your pronoun signature by clicking the same box and changing.
Half-arse your pronoun so you’re not fully falling prey. Just “him” not “he/him”.

When you email normal people or external emails, still use your normal person signature as the default.

Another option is just to scroll down to signature before you hit reply and add “him”. Don’t sell-out completely, they need to realize the normal world doesn’t do this.
