The full hearing is scheduled for Feb 14 with a joint letter due on Feb 13. An intetlocutory appeal in the order could be taken after the entry of the judges ruling on the hearing and issuance of (or maintenance of the order. Court listener hearing order

The Judge’s injunction power does not allow this. This is a gross departure from normal judicial procedure and an affront to the Constitution.
