This isnt a win. A win is not allowing a state to issue drivers licenses to illegals and then using the DMV as the list to mail ballots to everyone. Its ridiculous. The illegals probably arent voting......but someone is stuffing the ballots in the box.

Now watch how difficult it will be to report votes from conservative districts. The counters of votes will say, “Sorry, time is up.”

........but but but how is Hildebeest going to issue instructions to voter precincts in swing states to keep counting the ballots past election day (wink, wink)?

........and and how are the democrats going to do the Joe Biden thing and say they've gathered the largest and most effective voter fraud team in the history of this country (wink, wink)?

........and and how are the crooks over at Catholic Charities going to make all that money partnering with the democrats to move (by buses, trains, and airplanes) and settle incoming illegal aliens in voter precincts all over the USA? Just so the census folks can make sure the illegals are counted in the U.S. Census? Effectively pumping up the population numbers in those democrat voter precincts (wink, wink)?

Sigh. Running a voter fraud scheme requires a lot of work.

It is so funny how a state like Florida can have everything counted in a matter of hours, and all these states out West take weeks. I guess they are going to have to stuff the mailboxes weeks in advance

C'mon, man. At least post something with a link to an actual story. How man times have threads been started by someone posting a link to the twitter of some rando with nothing more than a diatribe and a jpeg?

NPR - because you know they are salty about it.

And does anyone think that common sense will yield a unanimous decision?

So the many clerks who are working with and perhaps writing the dissenting less than constitutional sides, where are they going to find jobs after their current employments?

That was in March. Nothing has been done.

Thanks for the post Bard.

They list Alaska as an example where the ballots may not be delivered by mail from rural areas by the deadline.

What they dont say, in Alaska you can request a mail in ballot 11 fukin months before the election. I think the USPS can get it to the polls in 11 months

Mississippi. And it is not about disallowing counts of votes after election day, it's about not accepting mail-ins after election day.

What does "signals" mean? They don't put out trailers for their opinions in advance. And the oral argument was 2 months ago.

They will probably rule the right way and I hope they do but I really hate this unsourced twitter bullshite that is just trolling for social media clout. And the way this board just runs with it as though the fact some random account posts something on twitter makes it true.

Oh no!

But doesn’t that Drumpf Supreme Court even care that we are the one country in the world where hundreds of thousands, maybe even millions of people!!… will be disenfranchised if they have to have their vote counted by Election Day?!?!!

Statistically at the major inner cities the people who would count votes can’t read.

Of course it is, but it's not what the OP claims and has everyone excited about. California will still count House races for days after.

The case was argued in March. There has been no decision and no new "signals" since the argument. The OP is twitter-brained and posts anything that a rando twitter account says if it has a nice AI generated picture and he would like it to be true.

No more shady midnight drops.

No more “find more ballots” nonsense.

No more weeks of extended counting that destroys trust.

Elections must end on Election Day, ballots in by close of polls, counted that night. Period.

I have never understood why early voting, mail in ballots, etc were not vetted and tallied before election day.
