Democrats should keep pushing the constitutional crisis card. A constitutional crisis seems like the perfect time for martial law and empowering the executive. Their terms are acceptable

And we actually have had over 100 cases in the courts where we’ve had a very good record of success.

I've no idea whether Trump is "angry" or not, but the rest is pretty accurate.

Court after court after court is telling him that his actions violate the law, and surely he has advisors with enough competence to have told him that this was the case in advance. Clearly, he chose to act anyway and thus does not care about the law. In any case, his tweets make clear his attitude toward US federal judges ... that they should be subservient to him.

Activist judges that hate America (and who would wipe their arse with the Constitution) are going to hinder Trump at every opportunity.

It’s what the left does.

Lawless?…time will tell if he turns out like the majority of DC politicians - past & present.

Angry?…anyone subjected to his repeated unsubstantiated attacks, lawfare, impeachment attempts, media propaganda & provoked assassinations would be livid as well.

Somebody is watching way too much MSDNC while trying to play the impartial small town ticket & divorce lawyer.

bottom tier judges think they are more powerful than the president.
This is such a stupid, illiterate talking point.

The US judicial system is what it is.

A District Court judge (your "bottom tier") is where every case (with VERY specific exceptions not present in these case) MUST commence. The District Judge does NOT have the option of saying "This is above my pay grade," because (under our system) it is NOT above his pay grade. Everything MUST start with him.

If you don't like the system, lobby to change it. The injunctions in particular have been discussed for decades, and some intriguing options have been floated, but none of them gained any traction because the existing system WORKS, so long as everyone is participating in good faith.

Name a specific infringement of the Constitution that Trump is guilty of. And don't give me your usual ambiguous platitudes. Name 'em.

You can't.

Your Pedo Joe weaponized the DOJ against Trump. His DOJ denied the j6ers due process and a speedy trial. He acted against 1st and 2nd amendments and most of the others.

The system is that the POTUS is the Commander in Chief of the military. A hack liberal district judge can’t change that.

If they don’t like it, they can lobby to change the system.

bullshite

Your assertion is that 600 district court judges each individually run the executive branch.

That's bullshite, the supreme court is the co-equal to the Pres not some traffic court judge.

Deny it all you want, the judges being shopped do think they are more powerful than the president

Mark Penn has even commented on this. (if you are a progressive, you should hyper fear judge shopping)

If you don't think these judges are acting in extreme bad faith then you are in denial.

It's not just the rulings, it's the refusal to stay orders that they know will be challenged.

It's the complete lack of jurisdiction in some of these cases, it's the demand upon the executive to instantaneously reverse course.

You are a fool if you assume I mean all district judges are bottom tier.

I never said that.

They are bottom tier because they are fools and religious fanatics who are ruling to their feelings and seeing their desires as superior to that of elected officials and existing case law.

no, my constitutionally confused friend, the judicial branch and the executive branch are coequal. The district courts are simply the first step in the “judicial branch“ process.
