I love the ability to judge shop.

It's not just the rulings, it's the refusal to stay orders that they know will be challenged.
as a general rule, the judicial branch attempts to “maintain the status quo“ pending an evidentiary hearing on the questions presented

What’s that means, for the layman, is that a district court will almost always stay implementation of something new, when the legality of that new thing has been challenged, provided that the other standards of a TRO have been met.

And therein lies the problem, which you conveniently ignore. They are not participating in good faith, they are being actively partisan/political and using their judicial authority to subvert Executive powers clearly granted in the Constitution.
These jackleg lawyers are forum shopping to file these injunctions with leftist hack judges who they know are going to rule against Trump even though he clearly is within his Constitutional boundaries in running the Executive branch.
You know it just like everybody else knows it, you just want to play the contrarian.

if multiple different venues are available, it would constitute utter incompetence not to file the suit in the most favorable of those venues.

There ya go! Smartest thing you've ever said in this site! Marxist that hate America who have attained positions of power by Soros and progressive NGO's are most definitely NOT participating in good faith.

Most narcissists are. They also don’t possess common sense. It’s a shame, thinking they are smarter than everyone else but they aren’t even on the same level.

No, he thinks judges should stay in their lane and not go into his.

I see you didn't refute a single thing I said, because you know it is all true.

TRUMP and his team are not mad, they are determined. They are not lawless, they are enforcing the existing law.

This kind of rhetoric does not get Teslas vandalized and prog rallies filled.

How do you know which is favorable to your proggy cause?
could you dispense with the childishness, just for a few minutes? If you seriously cannot recognize that my politics are generally right of center, you are too far off the right edge of the spectrum to ever even see the center.

Every judge on the planet has leanings. Maybe they lean towards plaintiffs over civil defendants. Maybe they leaned towards the prosecution over criminal defendant. maybe you’ve seen enough of their constitutional opinions to know whether they are a textualist, an originalist, or a living document aficionado.

and if the lawyer is competent, he takes it into account when deciding where to file his lawsuit.

FFS

they disagree with you. And with me, for what it’s worth. That doesn’t mean they are operating in bad faith.

Childliness? You play smarmy smarter than the average bear for days and want to call that out?

How can a judge be read as proggy or conservative if the are applying the law equally and acting in good faith?
