Mamdani is already starting the process in New York City. He won't allow landlords to raise rent so they can't pay for repairs and insurance. Then, the City will say they are slum lords, fine them so much and so often they can't afford to pay it, and then seize their buildings. People need to wake up.

This in conjunction with the tax on 2nd homes in NYC.
Have we figured out if this 2nd home tax is applied to those owners that rent out an apt or condo?

I agree with you, when the folks that voted for this get kicked out of their homes because they love him so much, they can go live in one of the free grocery stores..............................they should have lots of room in them since they'll all be empty shortly after they open.

The same way Obamacare was passed as a tax, they just make stuff up as they go. It’s disgusting how the courts are. Legality isn’t based on the constitution but who controls the courts.

If the "law" were about the truth, the judges would not matter because no matter their political leanings they would all make the decisions.
Instead, each seat is a bitter fight where only Republicans need to be wooed because the democrats ALWAYS vote in a block.
Then some of the GOP nominees rule with democrats no matter how many vile lies were told about them during their confirmation.

Most of the people who vote for this crap are deceived into it. I do feel bad for them in a way, but at the heart of it they know they are voting to be given things for free and they know that means taking from others who earned it and doing that is morally wrong.

Soon New York City will relinquish its title as the greatest city in the world and slide into a cesspool of deprivation, despair, and oppression. And it won't take long.
Communism has failed in every country where it was tried. Right now the Cuban people are having to live their lives in a country without even basic public services - like power and light.
After President Trump's bold move in Venezuela, the country is returning to prosperity. Unfortunately, a devestating earthquake has crippled the country. But at least the people of Venezuela have some consolation knowing the country's oil reserves is helping them recover, instead of lining the pockets of Nicolas Maduro and his commie pals.
A wise man once said - you can vote communism in, but if you don't like it you'll have to shoot your way out. I would add if New York City doesn't like Mamdani's Islamo-Marxism you might not have a President like Donald

The people of new york can halt this whole process, do an about face and vote all of these people out of office in 3 years.
But they wont, and once the scourge that agree with these communist suck the life out of that city they will move on to somewhere else. New York is gone.
